The restaurant is also famous for its catering and banqueting services.
The owner, Giovanni Trevisan, in collaboration with the “Cafè Museum” and “Evento”,
has organized parties and ceremonies in Venice and in Veneto.
Together with these partners he has realized open-air parties at the Guggenheim Foundation
along the Grand Canal.
These were particularly evocative events made to honour personalities and artists.
The restaurant “Ai Gondolieri” can satisfy every
request and every kind of menu for 2000 people and it assures the complete service:
from the menu to the waiters, from the equipment to the crockery,
from the tableclothes to the crystalware.
Everything is delivered in vacuum-packed packets or in containers.
Tables and chairs are easily transportable and the service is provided
with movable ovens and fridges.
